Apparel

What fabrics do you use?

Our apparel is made from high-quality cotton and cotton and polyester blends unless otherwise noted. We use unisex tees and sweatshirts cut for a man. For a slimmer fit, we recommend that woman order one size down.

How do I select the right size?

Our apparel ranges in size from XS-3XL, unless otherwise indicated. We use a unisex tee in a men’s cut and recommend that women order one (1) size smaller than their regular size for a truer fit. Please refer to our Sizing Guide before finalizing your purchase.

How are the products printed?

Our apparel and totes are custom made using both screen printing and heat transfer processes.

Will the designs fade?

We use quality paints and transfers, but as with all printed garments, the design will fade over time. Please follow the care instructions printed on your garment to enjoy it for plenty of washes and wears.

What are the care instructions?

  • Machine Wash Cold
  • Do Not Bleach
  • Tumble Dry Low
  • Do Not Iron Designs Directly

We also recommend washing your garment inside out.

ORDERING

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, ApplePay, Amazon Pay and PayPal. All payments are made using Shopify’s secure payment portal. We do not store credit card information without your permission.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Our merchandise is quality checked before shipping. If you have an issue or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us at shop@soulbounce.com.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders may take 3+ weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and customs.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up to 10-15 business days to ship.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping orders in the United States are shipped via USPS or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, we do. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships to a destination in the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies depending on the destination and size of the order. We suggest adding items to your cart, selecting your country and pressing the “update total” button to get an estimate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping is available to most countries. Tracking for international orders is available up until the package leaves the United States.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Your completed order and payment trigger our fulfillment process. As such, all sales are final. Please use our Sizing Guide to select the right size as we cannot process returns or exchanges.

All of our products are checked for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, please contact us at shop@soulbounce.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please note we immediately begin processing your order when it is placed. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. In the event that you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at shop@soulbounce.com within 2 hours with questions regarding your order.
