How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 7-14 business days after they are received. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic and worldwide supply chain problems, order fulfillment and shipping may be delayed. 

During holidays, times of high demand or national emergencies, orders may take up to 14-21 business days to ship.

International orders may take 3 or more weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and customs.

 

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping orders in the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

 

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, we do. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships to a destination in the United States.

 

What is included with shipping?

In addition to tracking, all shipments are insured for their full value. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies depending on the destination and size of the order. We suggest adding items to your cart, selecting your country and pressing the “update total” button to get an estimate.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping is available to most countries. Tracking for international orders is available up until the package leaves the United States.

 

I never received my package, where is it?

Shop @ SoulBounce is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by USPS or UPS. If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, a claim will be made with USPS or UPS.

 

I entered the wrong or an incomplete address and my package got returned, what can I do?

If a package is returned to Shop @ SoulBounce due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.
